Your Learning Journey

We've structured this program around how actual traders develop their skills. Each module builds on what came before, giving you time to practice and absorb concepts before moving forward.

1

Market Foundation

Weeks 1-4

You'll start by understanding how markets actually work—not theory, but the mechanics behind price movements and what drives institutional decisions. We cover market structure, basic technical patterns, and the psychology that makes position trading different from day trading.

2

Position Analysis

Weeks 5-8

Here's where you learn to evaluate potential positions properly. We dig into fundamental analysis for long-term holds, technical confirmation strategies, and how to size positions based on your actual risk tolerance—not what someone else thinks is right.

3

Portfolio Management

Weeks 9-12

Managing multiple positions requires a different mindset. You'll learn correlation analysis, how to balance your portfolio across sectors, and when to adjust holdings based on changing market conditions. This is about building a system that works while you sleep.

4

Advanced Strategies

Weeks 13-16

The final module covers what separates experienced position traders from beginners. We explore hedging techniques, options for position enhancement, and how to navigate major market shifts without panic. You'll also develop your personal trading plan that reflects your goals and constraints.

Live Market Sessions

Every Tuesday and Thursday evening, we analyze current market conditions together. You'll see how experienced traders think through decisions in real-time, not just watch pre-recorded lectures about ideal scenarios.

Practice Portfolio Reviews

Build your positions in a simulated environment that mirrors real market data. We review student portfolios monthly, discussing what's working and what needs adjustment—just like you'd do with your actual holdings.

Risk Management Tools

Access the same calculators and planning spreadsheets that professional traders use. We don't believe in keeping tools secret—you'll get everything you need to manage positions responsibly.

Ongoing Community Access

After the program ends, you keep access to our trading community. Markets change, and having a group of people who understand position trading helps when you need perspective on a decision.

Case Study Library

Learn from both successful positions and mistakes. Our archive includes detailed breakdowns of actual trades from the past decade, showing what happened and why certain decisions led to specific outcomes.

Personal Feedback Sessions

Schedule one-on-one reviews throughout the program. Sometimes you need specific guidance on your situation—not generic advice that applies to everyone.

Meet Your Instructor

Kazimir Thorsen has been trading positions since 2009. He started during the financial crisis aftermath—not exactly the easiest time to learn, but it taught him risk management fast. Over the years, he's managed personal portfolios through multiple market cycles and now focuses on teaching the approach that actually works for people with jobs and lives outside of trading.

What You'll Need

Position trading workspace showing market analysis tools and educational materials used during the program

The program works best if you're already curious about markets and have done some basic reading. You don't need to be an expert—just willing to put in the work. We'll provide all educational materials, but you'll need access to a trading platform for practice. Most students use demo accounts during the course, which is perfectly fine.

Position trading requires patience and discipline more than constant activity. If you're looking to trade all day every day, this might not be the right fit. But if you want to build positions that can grow while you focus on other parts of your life, this approach could work well for you.
